AWA Design was founded in 2008, in Dubai, UAE and serves a wide array of local and international firms. Abdul Wasay Ahmad

For 15 years, Wasay has provided visualization services to architects and interior designers in Dubai – as a Team Lead who helped set up a boutique rendering firm, as a freelancer with Dubai Media City, and since 2014 as Founder and Lead Artist of AWA Design

Feras Al Bastaki

Feras Al Bastaki is a Chartered Financial Analyst and the Director of Finance for AWA Design. With a background in Finance and Accounting, he is responsible for the back-end support functions at AWA Design. In his spare time, Feras enjoys riding his motorcycle or playing board games.

Pricing

AWA Design offers two tiers of service – Tier A and Tier B – and the pricing varies for both.

Tier A:

  • This tier ensures renderings delivered are of exceptional quality with work done by our top artists. This is a premier service, as you will be in constant communication with the artist. Any problems, issues, or unforeseen complications will be immediately resolved.

  • The cost per rendering in this tier is dependent on the review of projects, on an individual basis. Factors that will be considered include, complexity, amount of custom modeling, style, quantity of renderings, and total length of the project.

Tier B:

  • This tier responds to the needs of clients looking for quick high-quality rendering to showcase their design intent. As an example, a single interior rendering of “medium” complexity can be delivered within 2-3 days of receiving the project brief. Our pricing in this tier is extremely competitive. Retainer Contracts:
